Sparkling Margarita

SINGLE SERVING
● Ice
● 1 ounce blanco tequila
● 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
● 1/4 ounce agave nectar
● Chilled Domaine Carneros Estate Brut

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add tequila, lime, and agave nectar. Shake well.
3. Prepare a stemless glass by rimming the edge with lime, turn the glass upside down to dip and twist in a plate of salt.
4. Add ice cubes to the glass, strain mixture from shaker, and top with sparkling wine as desired.
5. Garnish the drink with a lime wheel or lime twist.

Alternative idea: Substitute glassware for sparkling wine flutes.
