Can I visit the Club Room/Terrace Without a Reservation?

In order to provide the best service, reservations are required in advance. RESERVE NOW. All visitors must be 21 or older.

How Do I Make a Reservation For a Tasting?

Call 800.716.2788 ext 150, 9am-5pm for personal assistance or online. Tasting reservations are available from 10:00am – 5:00pm daily up to 30 days in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed via email. Please note guests will be given a 15 minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is cancelled. Please call if you are running late and your customer service representative will see if they can re-schedule for a later time depending on availability. Note: Online tasting reservations must be completed 2 hours prior to your requested appointment. Reservations are available for groups up to 8. Please call (707) 257-0101, ext. 128 to speak to a reservationist about your group.

Where Will I Be Seated?

Our exclusive club room and club terrace are open on Saturday and Sunday. During the week you will enjoy our expansive front terrace or cozy salon unless you have reserved a premium experience such as our food & wine pairing, which is held in the Jardin d'Hiver. Specific seating requests placed in the notes of a reservation cannot be guaranteed.

How Much Time is Alotted For My Reservation?

In order to provide a high-quality experience for all guests, reservation slots are 90 minutes. Your server will remind you when you’re nearing the end of your reserved time. Note: Last reservation is 5:00pm.

Are Children Allowed At the Winery?

Due to the nature of our facilities and tastings, we require all visitors to Domaine Carneros be at least 21 years of age. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize if this is inconvenient.

Are Pets Allowed?

Only certified and trained service animals are welcome.

Do You Have a Picnic Area?

We do not have picnic grounds. Visit Napa Valley will be able to provide a list of picnic sites in the area.

Do You Have a Restaurant?

We do not have a restaurant but Domaine Carneros is one of the few wineries which offers table service. We offer cheese, caviar, and smoked salmon pairing plates. We also recommend the nearby Carneros Resort and Boonfly Cafe for dining options.

Can I Bring My Own Food With Me?

Unfortunately our permit does not allow for outside food to be brought in.

How Many People Can You Accomodate For a Tasting?

Does Domaine Carneros Host Wedding Ceremonies Or Receptions?

Unfortunately our Napa County use permit does not allow it. The Visit Napa Valley will be able to provide a list of wedding sites, caterers, photographers and florists in the area.

Does Domaine Carneros Allow For Wedding Photos Or Other Special Occasion Photography To Be Taken at the Winery?

Due to the impact on other guests enjoying their tasting experiences, we do not allow professional photography of any kind on property. For your special day, we would prefer you are looked after with the utmost attention! The Visit Napa Valley will be able to assist you with location recommendations.

I Am Looking For a Romantic Venue For a Marriage Proposal? Do You Offer Any Special Packages?

Yes! One of our Specialty Offering packages is called the Ultimate Carneros experience. It offers a wonderfully memorable experience for a marriage proposal (anniversary or other romantic occasion) with personal service at a private table for two at the château. Can I Walk Through The Vineyards At Your Property?

Our hillside location provides a stunning view of our vineyards, but the vineyards are not accessible for strolling.
